500-watt Brushed Motor Kit

Introducing our complete direct bolt-on kit designed for those seeking enhanced power from their Standard Crazy Cart. This kit is compatible with both 36v and 48v batteries, as well as all of our controller upgrade offerings.

The stock standard cart comes with a 250 watt motor, our kit features a robust 500 watt brushed motor for increased torque and performance. We've gone the extra mile by handling the necessary modifications and mounting of the proper sprocket. Additionally, we've included a new chain pre-set to the correct length.

This kit is compatible with the stock size wheel sprocket and allows you to remove your chain tensioner, which is prone to failure and can cause chain issues. Installation is straightforward, requiring no special tools to complete.
